Human Rights Policy

SIPEF believes in being a responsible employer and a good community partner. We acknowledge that sustainable agriculture cannot be achieved without due respect for human rights. We are committed to supporting and respecting internationally recognised human rights and labour standards as outlined in international human rights frameworks and related standards. Our Human Rights Policy covers all plantations and operations managed by SIPEF, as well as non-employees working with or for SIPEF.
