Human Rights Policy
Hargy Oil Palms (HOPL) recognises that human rights are universal and applies to all individuals without distinction. It supports the implementation of the International Bill of Human Rights, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the International Labour Organization's (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, as reflected in the laws and regulations of the countries in which it operates.
Any substantiated violation of human rights may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal, and could also lead to legal proceedings. Retaliation, intimidation, or harassment against human rights defenders or complainants by HOPL employees or contracted services is strictly prohibited.
This policy applies to all departments under the management of HOPL.
