Securing the health and safety of all employees is a top priority for HOPL.
The Occupational Health and Safety policy applies to everyone who enters the company premises and uses company property.
Hargy Oil Palm’s responsibilities include:
- Providing a safe working environment at all times
- Offering effective training in safety practices
- Maintaining and enforcing safe working procedures
- Monitoring workplaces and practices through a safety committee
Employee's responsibilities include:
- Considering safety in all tasks at work
- Being mindful of their own health, safety, and fitness at work
- Promptly reporting any near misses, hazards, incidents, or accidents, including corrective actions taken
- Following occupational health and safety standards and guidelines
