Dividend information

The cash-flow is used to internally finance the expansion of our activities, while pursuing a policy of dividends to the extent that the financials of the group permits.

In line with the newly proposed 40% pay-out ratio, the BOD proposes a gross dividend of EUR 4.30 per share, payable on July 1, 2026. The AGM of 10 June 2026 still has to approve the dividend.

The dividend would have the following relevant dates and information:

• Ex date: Friday June 12, 2026
• Record date: Monday June 15, 2026
• Payment date: Wednesday July 1, 2026
• Gross proposal: 4.30 EUR
• Net proposal: 3.01 EUR
