Dividend information

The cash-flow is used to internally finance the expansion of our activities, while pursuing a policy of dividends to the extent that the financials of the group permits.

In line with the 30% pay-out ratio of previous years, the BOD proposes a gross dividend of EUR 2.00 per share, payable on July 2, 2025. The AGM has approved the proposed dividend on June 11, 2025.

Payment date: Wednesday July 2, 2025
