Craig Gibsone
Originally from Western Australia, Craig has worked in the palm oil industry for more than sixteen years, beginning his career on a plantation in Papua New Guinea in 2006.
After his initial time in Papua New Guinea, he spent twelve years in the Solomon Islands, including five years as general manager of the country’s sole palm oil producer.
In January 2022, Craig returned to Papua New Guinea to take up the position of general manager of Hargy Oil Palms.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Agribusiness Management from Curtin University.
Darren Stott

Darren Stott
Darren has more than 25 years’ senior human resources (HR) management experience across both the private and public sectors.
After 21 years of service in the Australian Defence Force, he transitioned into private sector HR roles in Papua New Guinea and Australia, working in the motor, construction, and contract management industries.
In 2015, Darren joined Hargy Oil Palms as head of the human resources department. He is a member of both the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Papua New Guinea Human Resources Institute.
Godwin Aiawa

Godwin Aiawa
Godwin has practised as a lawyer for 24 years, specialising in litigation and commercial business law. He was admitted to practise at the Victorian Bar in Australia in 1999 and primarily practises law in Papua New Guinea.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with a range of organisations, including those in the superannuation industry, private law firms, non-governmental organisations, and a state business entity.
He joined Hargy Oil Palms in 2016 as company lawyer and was appointed company secretary in 2017. Godwin holds a second university degree in business management and is an affiliate member of the Papua New Guinea Institute of Directors.
Graham Coleman

Graham Coleman
Grahame has 22 years’ experience in transport, specialising in heavy road transport and refrigerated road–rail operations.
After twelve years with Queensland Railways in the Brisbane and Cairns rail depots, he moved into the piped gas sector, where he managed land transport, laydown yards, and barging operations at a mid-management level.
In late 2018, he joined Hargy Oil Palms as transport manager and, in 2020, assumed the role of head of department, smallholders.
Jeffry Dayagdag

Jeffry Dayagdag
Jeffry has more than 22 years of accounting experience, the majority of which has been in the private sector, primarily in manufacturing.
He joined Hargy Oil Palms in 2009 as assistant financial controller and has since held various positions within the company. In 2019, he was appointed head of department, finance.
Jeffry is an accountant by profession and holds memberships with PICPA and CPA Papua New Guinea.
Sophie Gett

Sophie Gett
Sophie has over 15 years’ experience in standards and certification management within the food manufacturing and oil palm industries.
A certified lead auditor in food safety management systems, Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) Principles & Criteria, and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001, she has successfully led the Hargy Oil Palms sustainability team through two certification cycles for both RSPO and ISO 14001 standards since joining in 2011.
Pieter Havenga

Pieter Havenga
Pieter has over 29 years of experience in the agricultural industry.
After serving in the South African Defence Force, he began his agricultural career in the vineyard sector as a viticulturist, producing grapes for wine and advancing to senior management before leaving the industry in 2013.
That same year, Pieter entered the palm oil industry in Papua New Guinea, holding various management roles. In 2019, he joined Hargy Oil Palms as head of department, plantations.
Gunasilan Nagarajoo

Gunasilan Nagarajoo
Guna has over 18 years’ experience in palm oil processing and operations in Malaysia and Papua New Guinea.
A certified grade one steam engineer and a graduate mechanical engineer, he has extensive experience managing biogas and power plant operations, as well as overseeing solvent plant extraction of oil from palm fibres.
He joined Hargy Oil Palms in 2015 as chief engineer and head of the engineering department.
