Grievances - SIPEF Ivory Coast
The process for handling complaints and grievances is in the process of being implemented in the Company. The internal grievance management procedure has been revised. Internal complaints management is now handled by a committee of workers and administration staff. This measure aims to involve staff in the decision-making in the event of a complaint. Staff are made aware of this procedure and anonymous reporting mechanisms have been put in place. In addition, the Company guarantees that no worker can be subject to sanctions or reprisals for having referred an issue to the complaints committee.
