Health and safety

Ensuring the health and safety of all employees is the top priority for Plantations J. Eglin.

The company maintains a permanent health service, operating through three health centres and a dedicated medical team comprising a doctor, an occupational health physician, three nurses, and three nursing assistants.

The team is supported by the health, safety and environment (HSE) department, which provides training to staff and ensures that protective equipment is available at all workstations.

In line with regulatory requirements, the company also has occupational health and safety (OHS) committees, made up of members of management and elected workers, to oversee and manage workplace health and safety.
