Training & Development Manager
Analyze the training needs (TNA) of each department and propose training and development recommendations that can be implemented.
Ensure that every staff/employee has a regularly monitored training plan.
Monitoring the implementation of training and ensuring that it goes according to the monthly plan.
Standardize competence and implementation related to competency qualifications that must be possessed by employees in each position.
Create an annual training program based on the assessment and competency standards of each position.
Create a competency matrix
Conduct training evaluation reviews (before and after implementation)
Collaborate with vendors for implementation of external training programs
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Psychology and able to operate psychological test tools.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Training & Development or similar role with Plantation Company.
Experienced in managing people development from end to end.
Have good analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Have experience making syllabus and training modules.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
Willing to be placed in operational locations in North Sumatra, Bengkulu, and South Sumatra (Lubuk Linggau).
