Estate Manager

Job Summary:

Planning activities for maintenance, production (harvesting) of FFB quickly, correctly and efficiently to optimise work productivity.
Keeping costs under control in accordance with the budget
Ensuring optimal and quality work.
Coordinating, fostering and developing the work potential of subordinates to achieve maximum work results.
Able to understand and manage the social issues internally of the plantation, in particular with employees, and externally of the surrounding environment related to plantation operations.

Job Qualifications:

At least a Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or the equivalent Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a related field.
Good understanding of technical matters that apply in oil palm plantations, especially with experience in nursery, plasma management and composting.
Ability to manage plantation operational budget.
Good leadership and communication, analytical thinking, problem solving and teamwork.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
Understanding ISPO and RSPO is a plus.
Willing to be placed in operational locations in North Sumatra, Bengkulu, and South Sumatra (Lubuk Linggau).
